Further, he added, “So many years of Loyalty, lifting the slippers of his leader, doing the wrong translation to impress his leader. Still no ticket. This clearly shows how much of a disaster his govt has turned out to be.”

PM Modi also slammed former CM Narayanasamy on linkage to the charges of corruption. He said, “MLAs belonging to Congress party were openly talking about corruption, directly linked to the family of the former Chief Minister”.

PM Modi then lashed out on the governance of Congress government and said, “In long list of non-performing Congress government over the years, previous Puducherry government had a special place. Delhi high command government of Puducherry failed on all fronts, take any sector – education, filling of medical seats, welfare of SC-STs, there was only loot,” as quoted by ANI.

The former CM V Narayanasamy hasn’t been given the election ticket. Well, he mentioned that he was swamped with poll-related works and programs of the party in the union territory. In a telephonic interview with PTI on Tuesday, he alleges that BJP wants to create a Delhi-like situation in Puducherry.

The fifteenth legislative assembly elections for 30 seats is to be held on 6th April 2021, in a single phase. The counting of votes will be done on 2nd May, 2021.
