India has reached the final of the World Cup by defeating New Zealand. Many leaders including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal, former Congress President Rahul Gandhi, Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi and Samajwadi Party President Akhilesh Yadav expressed happiness over this big victory.

Congratulating on the win, PM Modi said that India performed brilliantly. He said: “Congratulations to Team India! India puts up a superlative performance and enters the Finals in remarkable style. Fantastic batting and good bowling sealed the match for our team. Best wishes for the Finals!”

Union Home Minister Amit Shah also congratulated team India and said that they entered the finals like a boss. “Enter into the final like a Boss. What an electrifying display of cricketing prowess. All the best for the showdown. Let’s get the cup. #INDvsNZ,” he said on X.

Not only PM and Home Minister, but opposition leaders also expressed their happiness on team India’s victory. Congress MP Rahul Gandhi appreciated team India and he also congratulated Virat Kohli over his new century record.

“Well done, Team India! Excellent display of teamwork and skill throughout the game. Virat, congratulations on an incredible achievement. Get the cups, boys!,” Rahul Gandhi wrote on X.

 

Priyanka Gandhi said, “Team India has reached the final by winning against New Zealand by 70 runs in a memorable match. Many congratulations. Along with the brilliant performance of batsmen Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, Shreyas Iyer, Shubman Gill, Mohammed Shami has set another shining example by taking seven wickets in bowling. Happy Alok Parv to the countrymen again.

 

UP CM Yogi Adityanath said the victory historic and congratulated the team. “Historic victory. Hearty congratulations to all the countrymen on India’s ‘great’ victory over New Zealand! Heartfelt congratulations to every player of the Indian cricket team who made the festive season more joyous with this spectacular victory! Good luck in the finals! Jai Hind,” said UP CM.

Former UP CM Akhilesh Yadav said, “Hearty congratulations to India on its spectacular victory and entering the World Cup finals! Special congratulations to Virat Kohli’s brilliant batting and Mohammed Shami’s historic bowling in the country’s victory and the unity of the entire Team India and best wishes for the final! India will keep winning!”

 

Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal expressed happiness over India’s victory. He said, “Many congratulations to Team India, cricket lovers and all the countrymen for reaching the World Cup final with a spectacular 70-run win against New Zealand. The World Cup trophy is now just one win away. That trophy will be ours on Sunday.

 

Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik said congratulations to the men’s Indian cricket team for reaching the final. Mohammed Shami guided the Men in Blue by continuing his unbeaten streak in the tournament by taking a record-breaking 7 wickets. Best wishes to the team for the finals

 

India has made it to the final of the ODI World Cup by defeating New Zealand by 70 runs. India won the toss and batted first and scored 397 runs for four wickets. In response, the New Zealand team got all out after scoring 327 runs in 48.5 overs.
