PM Modi holds massive road show in Ranchi ahead of Jharkhand Foundation Day

PM Modi will also will visit Bhagwan Birsa Munda Memorial Park cum Freedom Fighter Museum in Ranchi.

After ending the election campaign in Madhya Pradesh, Prime Minister Narendra Modi reached Ranchi in Jharkhand at around 10 pm on Tuesday (14 November). Governor CP Radhakrishnan and Chief Minister Hemant Soren welcomed him at Birsa Munda Airport.

Later, PM Modi did a 10 km long road show from the airport to Raj Bhavan in Ranchi. On the way from the airport to Raj Bhavan, BJP workers had gathered at various places to welcome PM Modi. BJP workers welcomed the Prime Minister with drums and musical instruments. A large number of common people also stood on both sides of the road to get a glimpse of Narendra Modi.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi was welcomed by showering flowers at various places along the route he passed during the roadshow. There was tremendous enthusiasm among the BJP workers present on both sides of the road to welcome PM Modi. BJP workers raised slogans to welcome the PM. Party workers and supporters of PM Modi were raising slogans of ‘Har-Har Modi, Ghar-Ghar Modi’.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi accepted greetings by stopping and getting out of the car at several places during his 10 km long road show.

On November 15, PM Narendra Modi will pay tribute to Bhagwan Birsa Munda on his jayanti, which is also the foundation day of Jharkhand state. PM Modi will also will visit Bhagwan Birsa Munda Memorial Park cum Freedom Fighter Museum in Ranchi.

“During this visit, while I will flag off the Vikas Bharat Sankalp Yatra in Khunti, I will also inaugurate a historic scheme of Rs 24,000 crore for the welfare of the tribal community. Tomorrow is also the foundation day of Jharkhand. On this occasion, I extend my heartiest greetings to all my family members here,” said PM Modi in a social media post on X.

Prime Minister will also be releasing Rs 18,000 crore through direct benefits transfer to more than 8 crore beneficiaries, which is the 15th instalment under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN). Under the scheme, till now, more than Rs. 2.62 lakh crores have been transferred to famers’ accounts in 14 instalments.
