Lok Sabha Security Breach: Congress accuses BJP MP Pratap Simha of giving passes to intruders

Union Home Ministry has also constituted an investigation committee under the leadership of CRPF DJ Anil Dayal Singh on the basis of the request of the Lok Sabha Secretariat.

On the 22nd anniversary of the attack on Parliament, another unpleasant incident happened. During the proceedings in the Lok Sabha in the afternoon, two unidentified youths jumped into the House shouting slogans. Not only this, these youth also sprayed colourful spray inside the house, which created an atmosphere of chaos in the entire house.

Immediately after the subtraction, presiding Rajendra Aggarwal adjourned the proceedings till 2 pm. However, the members caught those two youths and handed them over to the security personnel.

This issue of lapse in security of Parliament has gained momentum. All the MPs have strongly criticised this and raised questions on the security arrangements of the Parliament. At the same time, Congress targeted the Bharatiya Janata Party and the government. Also, the Congress party accused him of getting the honour of coming to Parliament through the pass of Pratap Simha, a BJP MP.

Congress MPs Shashi Tharoor and Pramod Tiwari also criticised the BJP MP for this and said that it should be investigated as to how these youths, who came to parliament through MP pass, carried out such an incident.

 

Late night, the Union Home Ministry has also constituted an investigation committee under the leadership of CRPF DJ Anil Dayal Singh on the basis of the request of the Lok Sabha Secretariat. Along with the investigation of this incident, this committee will also investigate the shortcomings in security and will also give suggestions to strengthen it.
