BJP’s National General Secretary and candidate from Indore-1 Kailash Vijayvargiya often remains in the headlines for his strange statements. With his statements, he often creates trouble for his party and himself. Today again he is back in the headlines with one of his statements. Now, his old statement on girls changing their boyfriends, has created an uproar.

Congress spokesperson Surendra Singh Rajput targeted Vijayvargiya while making a video of his statement on social media. Rajput said: “This is Kailash Vijayvargiya, a big leader of BJP, he has dreams of becoming CM. And if you listen to his thoughts towards girls, your ears will start bleeding! They have fallen to the level of meanness and are saying that girls change their boyfriends at any time. Shame on such leaders, Godi media and anchors who are cursing Nitish ji even after apologizing but are silent on Kailash.”

Congress Pawan Khera also joined the tally of targeting Vijayvargiya and said: “Perhaps today there will be television debates on the rude remarks of this senior BJP leader!!!”

This is not the first time that Vijayvargiya has given such a statement. He often keeps making such comments. He had sparked controversy with his offer to appoint ‘Agniveers’ as security guards at the party office in June 2022. Later, he clarified, claiming that his comments were distorted by the “toolkit gang”.

Vijayvargiya has been an influential leader of BJP in Indore. Amit Shah included him in his team and made him the National General Secretary and he was made in-charge of Bengal. The party had contested the 2021 Bengal Assembly elections in his presence. The party did not perform as per expectations but managed to become the main opposition party.

In the assembly elections in Asan, Madhya Pradesh, the party has surprisingly made him its candidate from Indore assembly seat.
