In March 2020, it was announced by Jyotiraditya about his quitting the Congress while he then joined the Bharatiya Janata Party just a day after resigning from the Congress. As India’s new Civil Aviation Minister, Jyotiraditya was inducted into Narendra Modi’s cabinet with a Portfolio that was held by his father in the PV Narasimha Rao government from 1991 to 93, according to a report released by The Print.
The next 16 months after joining the Bhartiya Janata Party on 11th March, was spent by Jyotiraditya on the sidelines of the political corridor.
This is a developing story, stay tuned for further updates.
