Former Deputy CM of Rajasthan and Congress Working Committee (CWC) member Sachin Pilot has separated from his wife Sara Abdullah. The divorce between two is now official after Sachin Pilot’s poll affidavit went viral on social media in which he mentioned “divorced” in the “spouse” column.
The news is shocking for Sachin Pilot’s followers, as he never shared the move of giving divorce to his wife Sara publically. Sachin-Sara’s love story was very famous when they got married. But now, the bond has officially ended up.
Sachin Pilot filed his nomination from Tonk assembly constituency today. In the election affidavit submitted to the returning officer, Sachin Pilot has written ‘Divorced’ in front of the martial status column, which confirms that Sachin and Sara are now divorced. However, information about when and why the couple got divorced has not been revealed yet. The information about their divorce has become public for the first time.

Sachin has custody of children
After the divorce of Sachin Pilot and Sara Abdullah, Sachin has the custody of both the children. Pilot has included the names of both his children (Aaran Pilot and Vehaan Pilot) as dependents in the affidavit.
In his election affidavit submitted in the last assembly elections (November 2018), Sachin Pilot had written the name of Sara Pilot in front of his wife’s name. However, in the affidavit submitted today, the marital status was written as divorced. During Sachin Pilot’s swearing-in as Deputy Chief Minister in 2018, his wife Sara Pilot and both children were also present.
Let us tell you that Sachin Pilot and Sara Abdullah were married in 2004. Now both of them have separated from each other. Let us tell you that Sara Abdullah is the daughter of former Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir and National Conference chief Farooq Abdullah. No one from the Abdullah family attended their marriage.
