Hathras Gang-Rape case: PM Modi spoke with Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Aditya Nath and told him to take strict action against the culprits in the Hathras Gang-Rape Case. The victim, a 19-year-old died in Safgurdunj Hospital on Tuesday after she was shifted from Aligarh Muslim University Medical College. She was brutally gang-raped by 4 people and as her condition was critical, eventually, she succumbed to her injuries. Her last rites were performed by UP police in her village last night.
The whole country is enraged upon this brutal killing of an innocent woman. UP police have arrested all the rapists involved in the heinous crime. The CMO informed that SIT will present a report in seven days. “A three-member SIT has been constituted by Chief Minister Shri Yogi Adityanath Ji to investigate the incident of Hathras in which Chairman Secretary Home Shri Bhagwan Swaroop and Shri Chandraprakash, Deputy Inspector General of Police and Mrs. Poonam, Commander in Chief, PAC, Agra will be the members. SIT will submit its report in 7 days,” the CMO tweeted.
CM Yogi Adityanath tweeted “The guilty of the unfortunate incident with the girl in Hathras will not survive. A special investigation team has been formed to investigate the case. This team will submit its report in the next seven days. In order to ensure speedy justice, the case will be tried in a fast track court.”
हाथरस में बालिका के साथ घटित दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण घटना के दोषी कतई नहीं बचेंगे।
प्रकरण की जांच हेतु विशेष जांच दल का गठन किया गया है। यह दल आगामी सात दिवस में अपनी रिपोर्ट देगा।
त्वरित न्याय सुनिश्चित करने हेतु इस प्रकरण का मुकदमा फास्ट ट्रैक कोर्ट में चलेगा।
