MP CM reviews schemes during conf of commrs, collectors

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan underlined on Tuesday that there should be regular meetings of the District Level Bankers Committee, District Health Committee and other similar bodies in order to provide benefits of various schemes to the indigent.

Addressing commissioners and collectors, the Chief Minister was officially quoted as saying, “The Ankur Abhiyan must be conducted in every district. From Sant Ravidas Jayanti onwards, the work of giving certificates to deprived children of Scheduled Castes and Tribes will commence. Instead of providing youth with general higher learning, they should be imparted skill-based education. A campaign ought to be launched for improving arrangements in district hostels. The draft of the Sambal-2 Scheme shall be finalised soon. Air travel will also begin under the Mukhya Mantri Teerth-Darshan Yojana.”
The School Education Department is operating 274 CM Rise schools and the Tribal Affairs Department 95.
Jhabua, Bhopal, Alirajpur, Ujjain and Dhar are at the forefront vis-à-vis registration of pregnancy.

As many as 7.25 lakh differently-able individuals are registered on the Sparsh portal.
