Police in Karnataka said there was no security breach after a man attempted to garland Prime Minister Narendra Modi during a roadshow in Hubbali.

During Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s roadshow in Hubballi, a major security lapse was reported. The Prime Minister is in Karnataka for the launch of the 26th National Youth Festival.
