The Press Trust of India (PTI) released a video of Chief Minister of West Bengal, Mamata Banerjee, being transferred to the Bangur Institute of Neurosciences, which is part of the IPGME&R – SSKM Hospital Centre in Kolkata, for medical treatment.

State BJP President Sukanta Majumdar, despite being a political rival from the opposition BJP, took to Twitter to express his hopes for the Chief Minister’s quick healing, stating “We wish for the speedy recovery of the chief minister…”
He was joined by Congress MP Shashi Tharoor, who tweeted “Shocked to see this. Wish @MamataOfficial a swift & complete recovery!” tagging Banerjee’s official account.
