Kashmir, Ladakh and Northeast to align with India’s development journey: PM Modi

Modi delivered that increment of any sector should be pervasive and should impact the lives of all the citizens positively.

On 15 August 2021 PM Narendra Modi, declared that Kashmir and Ladakh and backward sections of society all have to align with India’s development journey in his Independence Day speech today. He further proclaimed that all should part of this new movement while delivering the speech today from the Red Fort.

He visioned to have all the sectors be united as one, to enhance the growth of our country and to attain achieve great success as a nation altogether.

Modi delivered that increment of any sector should be pervasive and should impact the lives of all the citizens positively. He further quoted that children from the backward section of the society will be privileged to have an allotment of reservation under the pan-indie quota for medical education. He also confirmed that the steps taken under the national democratic alliance, in the last 7 years, will now be put to action.

North East, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, the entire Himalayan region, the coastal belt and the tribal areas are also now considered to be under India’s development strategy.

He also enlisted that finally, the northeast portion of the nation will also be connecting to state capitals as the railway line will be finished its construction soon. A major portion in the northeast is yet to be operationalised like tourism, adventure, organic farming and herbal medicine.

Coming to Jammu and Kashmir, a committee is being formulated to prepare for the assembly polls, even Ladakh is working towards his progression about Sindhu Central University and infrastructure development in the region.

“We are making sure that in the society’s development journey, no individual or class is left behind. The same way, no corner of the country should be left behind,” Modi said in his speech delivered in Hindi.
