Chinese President Xi Jinping has ordered an immediate investigation to find out the cause of the crash. Authorities have been instructed to spare no efforts in the rescue of the survivors & provide comfort to the family of the victims. As per the media reports, there are no survivors to be found. “The aircraft had lost contact over the city of Wuzhou,” said China’s Civil Aviation Administration. The flight had departed from Kunming & was scheduled to land at Guangzhou airport.
The 737-800 aircraft model has a good safety record. The investigators are looking for the two black boxes i.e. the flight data recorder & cockpit voice recorder to find out the cause of the crash.
