On the sidelines of Russia’s Victory Day Parade, Union Minister of State for Defence Sanjay Seth met Russian Deputy Defence Minister Col Gen Alexander Fomin in Moscow, reaffirming India’s strategic defence ties with Russia. The meeting focused on strengthening military and technical cooperation between the two countries.
Seth, who also laid a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, thanked Russia for its continued support in combating cross-border terrorism. Both sides agreed to enhance collaboration through established frameworks and regular bilateral consultations.
