The Delhi Police on Sunday confirmed that a BMW car overturned at Dhaula Kuan, leaving one person dead and another seriously injured after colliding with a motorcycle near Metro pillar number 67.
According to officials, eyewitnesses stated that a woman was driving the BMW when it struck the motorcycle. The woman and her husband reportedly took a taxi immediately after the incident to rush the injured to the hospital.
Police said, “A call was received from the hospital regarding one patient dead and another injured. Both the BMW and the motorcycle have been seized. The crime team examined the spot, and an FSL team was also called in.”

Authorities further confirmed that the woman driver and her husband also sustained injuries and are currently admitted to the hospital. Legal action is being initiated, and an investigation is underway to establish the full sequence of events.
