Starting from tomorrow, the metro services on the Pink Line of Delhi Metro shall be affected for four days as between Mayur Vihar Pocket 1 and Trilokpuri Sanjay Jheel the work of connecting overhead equipment is to be done on the mentioned section, as per a report released by the LiveMint.
Between some stations from 12 July to 15th July, the metro services shall not be available due to the above-mentioned reason. According to a statement by the Delhi metro, some stations shall also be closed during this period.
On the Pink Line during this period, the metro train services shall be regulated as given below:
1) From Majlis Park to Mayur Vihar, the train services shall continue to run as usual during these days on the Pink Line.
2) between IP extension and Trilokpuri along with between Mayur Vihar Ph1 and Mayur Vihar Pocket 1 stations due to the Overhead Equipment interlinking work on the section between Mayur Vihar Pocket 1 and Trilokpuri Sanjay lake, the metro services shall not be available.
3) During this period the first and last train timings from the modified terminal stations shall remain to be unchanged for this period.
About the modified destinations of trains during this period announcements shall also be made at the stations and inside the trains on the Pink Line while as per the present practice, normal train services on the pink line shell be resumed from 16th July onwards.
