The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has launched the Jan Sadharan Awaas Yojana 2025 (Phase 2) on Friday, Nov 7, offering affordable housing options to residents of the national capital. The flats, priced between Rs 11.8 lakh and Rs 32.7 lakh, will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis, with bookings starting from 12 noon today via the official DDA website.

The housing initiative primarily targets individuals from the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and Low-Income Group (LIG) categories. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and should not own any residential property in Delhi. For the EWS category, the annual household income limit is capped at Rs 10 lakh.

According to DDA, EWS flats are located in Narela, Rohini, Ramgarh Colony, and Shivaji Marg, while LIG flats are available in Rohini Sectors 34 and 35, and Ramgarh Colony near Jahangirpuri. The deposit amount is Rs 50,000 for EWS flats and Rs 1 lakh for LIG flats.

Price details:

  • Narela: 1,120 EWS flats priced between Rs 11.8 lakh and Rs 11.9 lakh.
  • Rohini Sectors 34 & 35: 308 LIG flats priced at Rs 14 lakh each.
  • Ramgarh Colony: 73 LIG flats priced between Rs 13.1 lakh and Rs 14.5 lakh.
