New Delhi, March 16: The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has registered another FIR against former Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia and others over alleged irregularities in the city government’s ‘Feedback Unit’ (FBU) case, sources said on Thursday.

Meanwhile, Delhi Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP) unit working president Virendra Sachdeva welcomed the CBI’s move.

Sachdeva alleged that the Feedback Unit was used by Kejriwal only to eliminate his political opponents, blackmail big corporate houses and media houses therefore the investigating agency should arrest Kejriwal who was the mastermind of this unit.

He asked Kejriwal to answer what was the need to bring this Feedback unit and the most surprising thing is why Kejriwal included only people of his choice. On what basis these people were included in the unit, Kejriwal will also have to answer this.

The case pertains to the Aam Admi Party government in Delhi constituting a Feedback Unit to collect relevant information and actionable feedback about the functioning of various bodies under its jurisdiction and to do “trap cases” to check corruption, the FIR alleged.
