The Bombay High Court was evacuated on Friday after authorities received a bomb threat that sparked panic across the premises. Judges, lawyers, litigants, and court staff were immediately asked to vacate the campus as bomb disposal squads and police rushed to conduct intensive checks.

According to reports, security agencies moved into alert mode soon after receiving the threat, sealing off entry points and thoroughly scanning the court premises. The nature of the threat is still being investigated.

The incident comes on the same day the Delhi High Court also received a similar threat via email, prompting evacuation and searches there as well. Police suspect the possibility of hoax threats but are leaving nothing to chance as investigations continue.
