Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Wednesday publicly shared his new official email address, announcing that he has switched to Zoho Mail — a domestically developed email platform.

In a social media post, Shah wrote:

“Hello everyone, I have switched to Zoho Mail. Kindly note the change in my email address. My new email address is amitshah.bjp@zohomail.in. For future correspondence via mail, kindly use this address.”

Shah’s post ended with the line, “Thank you for your kind attention to this matter,” which many users described as a witty nod to former US President Donald Trump’s Truth Social style.

Zoho co-founder Sridhar Vembu thanked Shah for supporting a homegrown platform, dedicating the moment to the company’s engineers who have worked for over two decades to build India’s indigenous tech ecosystem. The shift follows similar moves by IT Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw, who had earlier announced his transition to Zoho’s office suite.
