According to ANI, two Indian Air Force Sukhoi-30 and Mirage 2000 aircraft crashed near Morena in Madhya Pradesh. The two jets took off from the Gwalior air base in Madhya Pradesh, where an exercise was taking place, according to the report. According to Defense Ministry officials, IAF head briefed Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on the accident of two planes. “The Defence Minister inquired about the safety of the IAF pilots and is closely following developments,” Defence Ministry officials noted.
The news agency posted a video on Twitter showing the wreckage of the wrecked jets.

According to Adarsh Katiyar, Additional Director General of Police, the cause of the accident is unknown, and two pilots escaped safely, while the third is still missing. Search and rescue activities have been begun in the region, and additional information about the incident is forthcoming.
