EaseMyTrip.com, one of India’s leading online travel tech platforms, has announced the launch of its new growth initiative, titled EaseMyTrip 2.0. The new platform, led by Chairman and Founder Nishant Pitti, marks a strategic pivot as the company looks to invest in high-potential, scalable businesses aligned with emerging trends in India’s evolving travel and lifestyle sectors.

Unlike traditional investment models, EaseMyTrip 2.0 is structured as a partnership-driven platform that focuses on working capital investments. The company plans to acquire up to 49 percent equity in selected businesses, while allowing founders to retain full operational control.   • Group travel, luxury travel, chartered flights, air ambulance services, airport transfers, and last-mile mobility

Additionally, EaseMyTrip 2.0 will explore complementary sectors such as:

  • Wellness and preventive healthcare (spas, clinics)

  • Travel-linked financial products (EMI, pay-later solutions)

  • Insurance and travel assistance

  • Airport-related services (lounge access, concierge support)

  • Lifestyle and experiential offerings (customized tours, gifting, etc.)

Founders partnering with EaseMyTrip 2.0 will gain access to working capital, the company’s large digital customer base, branding and marketing support, and backend operational infrastructure — all while maintaining their vision and independence.
