The Vivo X90 has received a fresh price drop in India, with the handset now selling for ₹59,999, down from its earlier price of ₹64,999. The smartphone is currently available on Flipkart, making it slightly more accessible for buyers looking at a premium camera-centric device without the earlier price tag.

Camera and Imaging Features

The device carries a 50MP VCS True Colour Main Camera, designed to restore and reproduce colours with improved accuracy. Its colour-filter system helps the sensor capture image data that stays closer to what the human eye perceives, resulting in more accurate RGB tones.

For low-light video, the Xtreme Night Video algorithm automatically adjusts to ambient lighting. It tunes brightness and preserves detail even in high-contrast or dim scenarios.

Vivo continues its partnership with ZEISS, offering ZEISS Style Portrait modes. The phone includes six portrait styles—Cinematic, Biotar, Planar, Distagon, Sonnar, and the newer ZEISS Cine-flare Portrait, which adds a film-like flare effect for a retro, atmospheric look.

Images also benefit from ZEISS Natural Colour 2.0, which fine-tunes brightness and saturation for more realistic colours with better accuracy.

Performance and Hardware

The X90 is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 9200, built on TSMC’s second-generation 4 nm process. It works alongside Vivo’s in-house V2 Imaging Chip, which handles image processing while keeping latency and power consumption low.

Charging and Battery

The device supports 120W Dual-Cell FlashCharge, with two charging modes—Rapid and Balanced. Vivo includes 24-level protection across current, voltage, and temperature parameters to maintain charging safety.
