Eggs, what does this word remind you of? Eggs, for sure, but what else? Personally, I am reminded of protein, smells, chicks, and what not. Apart from the usual source of protein for gym-goers, eggs are known for something more too. Essential fatty acids can help moisturize dry & dull skin while also keeping the hair moisturized and nourished. Skin tightening effects and deep-cleansing of the pores helps reduce the signs of aging among adults. Breakage of hair shafts can be prevented by egg yolks. Let’s figure out how you can do all of this stuff.

For Oily Skin:

Egg whites tighten the pores of the skin and this makes it a perfect ingredient to deal with oily skin. Mix half a teaspoon of lemon to one egg white and mix it thoroughly. Whisk until its frothy. Rinse your face with water and apply. Leave for 10 minutes or until it feels dry. Wash off with warm water and moisturize the skin with a water-based product. It is recommended to use this mask twice a week.

For dry skin:

Egg yolk moisturizes the skin with the help of fatty acids that it is filled with. Mix a teaspoon of honey and a few drops of almond oil, this is known as the best way to use it. This mixture is one of the best moisturizers and will help in battling dry skin issues within 15 minutes. Post applying, rinse your face thoroughly and apply a moisturizer

To accomplish supported hair:

Depending on the length of your locks, take 2-3 egg yolks and mix them with plenty of olive oil. You can also mix coconut oil in the hair mask if that works well for you. Whisk it well so that it is bound. Apply to ends going upwards towards your scalp. Let it sit for 1 hour and rinse it off with cold water. This will deeply condition your hair.

For rejuvenating nails:

Your nails may tend to get soft and brittle over time, put your fingers in a mixture of one egg yolk and a little milk, for ten minutes. This mixture will help to prevent nail cracking and peeling and promotes nail growth.
