After a brief technical snag during morning trade, Zerodha has confirmed that its Kite mobile app is now working normally. Earlier in the session, several users reported issues with price updates not reflecting on the app, leading to confusion during peak market hours.

Acknowledging the glitch, Zerodha issued a statement: “Some of our users are facing issues with price updates on the app. We’re checking this. For now, please log in to Kite web on mobile browser. Order placement is not affected.”

The brokerage later confirmed that the issue has been resolved and services are back to normal.

Zerodha, India’s largest retail stock broker with over 1.3 crore clients, has faced user criticism in the past for similar disruptions. However, the platform reiterated that order placement and execution remained unaffected throughout today’s episode, with only price feeds temporarily impacted on the app.

Traders can now access both the app and the web portal without restrictions.
