Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited (ZEEL) has announced that the record date for its final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2024, will be Friday, November 8, 2024. Shareholders whose names appear on the company’s register of members as of this date will be eligible to receive the dividend.
The final dividend, if approved by shareholders during the company’s 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for Thursday, November 28, 2024, will be paid on or after Friday, November 29, 2024.
This announcement is in compliance with Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
