XTGlobal Infotech Limited has announced that it has bagged its first order from Australia, marking a significant milestone in its global expansion strategy.
In a regulatory filing, the company confirmed that it will provide outsourcing services for accounting to an Australian entity, whose name has been withheld due to confidentiality obligations. The agreement will be effective from September 30, 2025, with an initial three-month term, followed by an ongoing auto-renewal arrangement. The overall contract term is three years.
The order is estimated to generate a monthly billing of AUD $5,350, translating into a substantial revenue pipeline over the three-year duration. XTGlobal clarified that neither the promoters nor group companies have any interest in the awarding entity, and the transaction does not qualify as a related-party deal.
This development marks XTGlobal’s entry into the Australian outsourcing market and aligns with its strategy of diversifying its international client base.
