Shares of Tanla Platforms Limited rallied sharply on Friday, climbing more than 11% in intraday trade after the company reported a stable and incremental performance in its Q3 FY26 consolidated results. As of 9:36 AM, the shares were trading 11.52% higher at Rs 499.95.

For the December quarter, Tanla Platforms reported consolidated revenue of Rs 1,121 crore, marking a 3.94% quarter-on-quarter increase compared with Rs 1,078 crore in the previous quarter.

Operating performance also showed improvement. EBITDA rose 4.1% QoQ to Rs 1,155 crore from Rs 1,109 crore in Q2 FY26. EBITDA margin stood at 103%, broadly stable compared with 102.9% in the preceding quarter. Net profit for the quarter came in at Rs 131 crore, up 5.1% QoQ from Rs 125 crore.
