Western Carriers (India) shares jumped more than 3% in morning trade after the company bagged a major contract from Tata Steel worth approximately Rs 41 crore.
This three-year agreement includes container rake transportation and in-plant logistics for the Tata Steel Sponge Iron Joda (TSSIJ) facility in Odisha.
As of 9:37 am, Western Carriers shares were trading 3.08% higher at Rs 149.81 on the NSE.
