Shares of V.S.T Tillers Tractors Ltd surged over 6% on Friday, August 1, after the company reported a solid growth in monthly sales numbers for July 2025. The stock was trading at ₹4,849, up ₹279.20 or 6.11%, compared to the previous close of ₹4,569.80.
The farm equipment maker posted a 16.7% year-on-year rise in total unit sales for the month, selling 6,471 units in July 2025 versus 5,543 units in July 2024. The growth was driven by strong performance in its power tiller segment.
Power tiller sales came in at 6,026 units in July, up 18% from 5,104 units in the year-ago period. Tractor sales remained steady at 445 units, compared to 439 units sold in July 2024.
For the April–July period of FY26, the company has sold 19,426 units, a sharp increase from 12,925 units sold during the same timeframe last year, indicating strong demand momentum so far this fiscal.
