Vodafone Idea’s shares plunged over 2%, hitting a new 52-week low of ₹6.73 as subscriber base declines in September 2024.
According to TRAI’s September 2024 report, private telecom operators, including Reliance Jio, Bharti Airtel, and Vodafone Idea, collectively lost over 10 million wireless subscribers. Vodafone Idea alone reported a drop of 1.55 million users.
As of 10:35 am, Vodafone Idea shares were trading 2.03% lower at Rs 6.77 on the NSE.
