Vascon Engineers Ltd. (VASCONEQ), a leading EPC and real estate player with nearly four decades of legacy, has unveiled its growth roadmap, targeting an EPC order book of ₹4,000 crore and real estate projects worth ₹2,500 crore by FY27.
The company, which is currently executing projects across 13 cities, has an existing EPC order book of nearly ₹3,000 crore and aims to add another ₹2,000 crore in new contracts this financial year. Its portfolio includes marquee projects such as the ₹606-crore Medical College at Suphal, Bihar, the ₹416-crore Capgemini IT Park in Chennai, and the ₹260-crore Vedanta Township.
Commenting on the outlook, Siddharth Vasudevan Moorthy, Managing Director, Vascon Engineers Ltd., said, “With a healthy pipeline in Pune and Mumbai, and a balanced approach across EPC and real estate, we are confident of scaling our growth trajectory. Our focus remains on deepening high-value EPC contracts, scaling redevelopment-led housing in urban centers, and maintaining financial prudence.”
In Pune, Vascon is executing key EPC projects including the ₹262-crore Police Staff Quarters and the ₹277-crore Hospital Building at Moshi, along with a ₹96-crore housing project under PMRDA. Its real estate pipeline in the city spans 1.3 million sq. ft., valued between ₹1,700–2,000 crore, including upcoming launches like Tower of Ascend in Kharadi and a premium project in Kalyani Nagar.
In Mumbai, the company is pursuing a redevelopment-led strategy with projects like Vascon Orchids and Prakash CHS at Santacruz, alongside a Powai residential development with an expected sales value of ₹425 crore. Collectively, Mumbai’s redevelopment pipeline covers 0.4 million sq. ft., valued at ₹1,050 crore, and is expected to account for nearly half of the company’s real estate portfolio by FY27.
Overall, Vascon’s near-term real estate pipeline stands at 1.94 million sq. ft. with a potential sales value of ₹2,360 crore. Meanwhile, its EPC business continues to operate at nearly 85% capacity utilization, supported by a steady flow of government and private contracts.
