Stocks to Watch on April 24, 2025:

Tata Consumer Products:
The company reported Q4 results largely in line with expectations. Its foods business recorded a 17% year-on-year growth in organic revenue.

Bajaj Finance:
The board is scheduled to meet on April 29 to consider an interim dividend, stock split, and a potential bonus issue.

LTIMindtree:
The company posted flat EBIT margins for the quarter but expressed confidence in growth for Q1 FY26.

Biocon:
The board approved fundraising of up to ₹4,500 crore via Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) and Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP).

Dalmia Bharat:
Q4 results were largely in line with estimates. Margins improved to 19.40% compared to 15.20% in the same quarter last year.

Persistent Systems:
Reported above-estimate constant currency revenue growth. The company is optimistic about reaching $2 billion in revenue by FY27.

Can Fin Homes:
Net Interest Margin (NIM) rose to a four-quarter high of 3.82%. Disbursements were up 6.10% YoY and 30.65% QoQ.

Adani Green Energy:
Signed a 1,250 MW Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation for power supply from its hydro project.

Samhi Hotels:
Confirmed reports that GIC will acquire a 35% stake in three subsidiaries for ₹752 crore.

Thyrocare Technologies:

Bajaj Housing Finance:
Q4 results fell short of estimates. Assets Under Management (AUM) rose 25.50% YoY and 5.90% QoQ.

Managing Director Shalabh Saxena has resigned.

Syngene International:
Q4 revenue missed estimates. The company gave a mid single-digit growth guidance for FY26.

Rallis India:
Revenue declined by 1.40%. The company posted an EBITDA loss of ₹20 crore compared to an EBITDA of ₹6 crore in the same period last year.

Supreme Petrochem:
EBITDA fell 17.40%. Margin declined to 9.40% from 11.20% YoY.
