Indian equity benchmarks were trading lower at midday on January 30, with the Nifty 50 down 0.60% at 25,267.65 and the Sensex slipping 0.57% to 82,094.61 as of 12 PM IST. Despite the broader market weakness, select heavyweight stocks from the Nifty 50 managed to trade in the green.

Tata Consumer Products was trading at Rs 1,129.50, up 2.0%. Apollo Hospitals Enterprise was at Rs 6,927.00, higher by 1.9%. Nestlé India traded at Rs 1,309.70, up 1.7%. Bharat Electronics was trading at Rs 450.80, higher by 1.4%.

State Bank of India was at Rs 1,075.70, up 0.9%. Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories traded at Rs 1,218.70, higher by 0.8%. Axis Bank was at Rs 1,372.00, up 0.6%. ITC traded at Rs 320.40, higher by 0.6%.

Asian Paints was trading at Rs 2,428.40, up 0.5%. Titan Company traded at Rs 3,953.30, higher by 0.4%.
