Texmaco Rail & Engineering Ltd. has entered into a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Nevomo, a Poland-based technology company specializing in next-generation Magrail technology and linear propulsion systems. This partnership aims to bring cutting-edge high-speed rail solutions, AI-driven predictive diagnostics, and driverless freight trains to India and global markets.

The collaboration is focused on co-developing and implementing Nevomo’s Magrail technology to modernize rail infrastructure, enhance network efficiency, and integrate smart mobility solutions. Leveraging Texmaco’s extensive manufacturing capabilities and Nevomo’s technological expertise, the partnership is expected to significantly improve the efficiency of railway and port systems, as well as optimize logistics operations.

The key highlights of this agreement include the development of AI-powered tools for predictive track monitoring, self-propelled autonomous freight trains, and a dedicated R&D center to drive innovation in next-generation railway mobility. Additionally, the companies plan to work on sustainable, energy-efficient transportation solutions to align with global green mobility initiatives.

Texmaco’s Managing Director, Sudipta Mukherjee, emphasized that this partnership will revolutionize rail and freight mobility by integrating advanced rail solutions into existing infrastructure with minimal capital expenditure.
