TD Power Systems shares surged more than 11% in morning trade on Thursday after the company reported a robust performance for the quarter ended September 2025 (Q2 FY26). The rally came as strong growth in revenue and profit highlighted continued momentum across its core business segments. As of 9:24 AM, the shares were trading 11.22% higher at Rs 760.55.
According to the company’s consolidated financial results, revenue rose 47.7% year-on-year to ₹452 crore, compared to ₹306 crore in the same quarter last year.
EBITDA also registered a strong 48.6% growth, coming in at ₹82.6 crore, up from ₹55.6 crore a year ago. Operating margins remained stable at 18.3%, slightly above 18.1% in Q2 FY25.
The company’s net profit increased 45.8% year-on-year to ₹60.2 crore, compared to ₹41.3 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.
