Tata Power shares jumped nearly 2% as the company signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Asian Development Bank (ADB) at the COP29 conference in Baku, Azerbaijan. The agreement aims to secure funding for transformative clean energy initiatives in India.
Key projects include the 966 MW Solar-Wind Hybrid Project, a Pumped Hydro Storage Project, and other decarbonization efforts, with a total estimated cost of $4.25 billion.
