Tata Power Company Ltd. announced a strategic partnership with Druk Green Power Corporation Ltd. (DGPC) to develop 5,000 MW of clean energy generation capacity in Bhutan. This collaboration aims to harness Bhutan’s hydropower potential to meet growing energy demands in the region.

Druk Green Power Corporation, a subsidiary of Bhutan’s state-owned Druk Holding and Investments Ltd., manages investments across energy, manufacturing, and financial services. This partnership marks a significant step in strengthening bilateral energy cooperation between India and Bhutan.
