Bajaj Housing Finance has reported strong financial results for the quarter, with a 21% increase in net profit to ₹545.6 crore, up from ₹451.1 crore in the same period last year.

The company’s revenue saw a 21.1% growth, reaching ₹2,410.2 crore. However, disbursals were down 11.5% year-on-year (YoY) at ₹12,014 crore and remained flat sequentially.

Net Interest Income increased by 13% YoY to ₹713.3 crore. Despite a slight increase in Gross NPA from 0.28% in June to 0.29%, net NPA was stable at 0.12%. Provisions were significantly lower, dropping by 73% YoY and 50% sequentially to ₹4.98 crore.
