Infosys has announced a ₹18,000 crore share buyback at ₹1,800 per share via a tender offer, covering up to 100 million equity shares or 2.41% of its total capital. The IT giant also signed a 10-year deal with HanesBrands to modernise digital and data operations using its LEAP platform and AI suite Topaz.
