Stocks to watch on Q4 earnings

Positive earnings momentum was seen across several companies.
Inox Wind Energy reported a sharp rise in net profit to Rs 190 crore from Rs 38.8 crore, with revenue up to Rs 1,274 crore from Rs 527 crore (YoY). Genus Power posted net profit of Rs 121.75 crore versus Rs 21.87 crore, and revenue surged to Rs 936 crore from Rs 420 crore. Swelect Energy swung to a net profit of Rs 8.98 crore from a loss of Rs 36.02 crore, while revenue rose to Rs 218 crore from Rs 75 crore.

Other strong earnings:
Nykaa (net profit Rs 20.3 crore vs Rs 7 crore; revenue Rs 2,061.8 crore vs Rs 1,668 crore), Fiem Industries (Rs 58.84 crore vs Rs 46.22 crore), ITDC (Rs 24.98 crore vs Rs 10.60 crore), Pennar Industries (Rs 35.57 crore vs Rs 28.61 crore), Praveg Ltd, Knowledge Marine, Saraswati Saree Depot, Valor Estate, Genesys International, PTC Industries — all posted YoY improvement.

Stocks to watch on new orders and project wins

Ircon bagged a Rs 1,068 crore EPC contract from East Central Railway for the Ganga rail bridge project. Adani Energy Solutions secured a Rs 1,660 crore interstate transmission order in Maharashtra. Rudra Gas received an LOA worth Rs 14.05 crore from Indraprastha Gas. Diamond Power announced a strategic partnership with TS Conductors USA.

IndiGo will launch direct flights between Mumbai and Adampur from July 2025 and has signed an MoU with Airbus for 30 additional A350 aircraft.

Godrej Properties acquired ~14 acres in Kharadi, Pune, with an estimated project revenue potential of Rs 4,200 crore. Ashiana Housing launched its premium project “Ashiana Aravali” in Jaipur, while Ajmera Realty completed its luxury project “Ajmera Prive” in Mumbai ahead of the RERA deadline.

NIBE entered into a technology transfer agreement with DRDO’s ARDE Pune for manufacturing defence products. Himalaya Food secured a bulk export order from Penobscot Foods, USA. Kajaria Ceramics began production of tile adhesive at its Rajasthan unit.

Ex-dividend dates for June 3: L&T (Rs 34/sh), Nuvama (Rs 69/sh), Sunshield (Rs 2.5/sh).
Bajaj Holdings declared a final dividend of Rs 28/sh. Fluidomat announced a dividend of Rs 7.50/sh.

Cipla received one Form 483 observation following a USFDA inspection at its Bengaluru facility. LTIMindtree CEO Debashis Chatterjee will retire. Havells India announced retirement of two Executive VPs. Inspirisys Solutions announced leadership retirement. Gorani Industries re-appointed its MD.

Auto sector:
Mahindra & Mahindra reported sales of 84,110 units vs poll of 83,000. Eicher Motors posted 89,429 units vs 86,000 polled.
TVS Motor reported 4.31 lakh units sold vs 4.30 lakh units expected.
Escorts Kubota tractor sales at 10,354 units vs 11,000 polled.
Tata Motors total sales at 70,187 units vs poll of 73,000.

Stocks to watch on Q4 weak results

On the negative side:
Salasar Techno, Inox Green Energy, GVK Power, B.L. Kashyap, Ahluwalia Contracts, MSP Steel, Spandana, Osia Hyper Retail, Signpost India, Swan Energy, RRP Semiconductor, Sanstar Limited, Easy Trip Planners, Deepak Builders posted weak earnings.

Dr. Reddy’s received an income tax demand of Rs 2,395.82 crore related to its merger.

metal stocks could react to news that former US President Trump plans to increase tariffs on imported steel and aluminium to 50% from 25%.
