Sterling & Wilson Renewables secured fresh orders worth ₹823 crore on Monday, bringing its Q2 total order inflow to ₹2,050 crore. The company’s unexecuted order book has reached its highest-ever level of ₹10,500 crore, with all the new orders being domestic.
Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy Limited (SWSOLAR) announced today that the Board of Directors approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ending on September 30, 2024. The board meeting, held earlier today, reviewed and accepted the financial outcomes along with the limited review reports issued by the statutory auditors, Kalyaniwalla & Mistry LLP and Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP.
Financial Highlights:
- Standalone revenue from operations stood at ₹995.97 crore for Q2 FY 2024-25, with a year-to-date figure of ₹1,881.44 crore for the first half of FY 2024-25.
- Consolidated revenue from operations for the same quarter was ₹1,030.49 crore, while the first half-year revenue reached ₹1,945.55 crore.
- Profit before tax (Standalone) for the quarter increased to ₹85.68 crore, with a half-year figure of ₹168.65 crore.
- Profit before tax (Consolidated) for Q2 stood at ₹20.07 crore, with a half-year total of ₹34.73 crore.
- The company also recorded total comprehensive income of ₹78.04 crore on a standalone basis for Q2 FY 2024-25.
