HFCL Limited has announced its consolidated financial results for the second quarter of FY25, reflecting mixed performance. The company posted a revenue of ₹1,093.61 crore, a slight decline of 1.61% year-on-year (YoY) from ₹1,111.49 crore in Q2 FY24. On a quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) basis, the revenue saw a more pronounced drop of 5.58% compared to ₹1,158.24 crore in Q1 FY25.
Despite the dip in revenue, HFCL’s net profit for Q2 FY25 rose 4.50% YoY, reaching ₹73.33 crore, up from ₹70.17 crore in the same period last year. However, on a QoQ basis, net profit fell by 33.7% from ₹110.65 crore reported in Q1 FY25.
The company’s performance shows resilience in maintaining profitability YoY despite revenue pressures, but the significant drop in profits QoQ indicates ongoing challenges in the current market environment.
