The NIFTYNXT50 index saw a slight increase, closing at 75,413.65, up by 77.85 points or 0.10%. It reached a high of 75,746.30 and a low of 75,242.15 during the day.
The INDIA VIX, which measures market volatility, decreased by 1.56% to close at 13.84. It moved between a high of 14.15 and a low of 12.69.
The FINNIFTY index showed significant gains, closing at 23,922.20, up by 194.65 points or 0.82%. It touched a high of 23,950.95 and a low of 23,595.05 during the session.
Lastly, the MIDCPNIFTY index closed at 13,212.00, up by 59.60 points or 0.45%. It reached a high of 13,241.90 and a low of 13,170.05 during the trading day.
