Shakti Pumps (India) Ltd has announced a significant partnership with ReNew Photovoltaic Private Limited, securing an additional supply of Rs 1,300 crore worth of domestically manufactured (DCR) cell-based solar modules for the financial year 2025-26. This collaboration aims to bolster Shakti Pumps’ growth trajectory and strengthen its leadership in the renewable energy sector.

The company also reaffirmed its existing partnerships with Mundra Solar PV Limited (Adani) and Premier Energies Ltd., ensuring a consistent supply chain of solar modules that meets its expanding operational requirements.

This latest partnership marks a critical step in supporting India’s renewable energy push while driving operational efficiency and strategic growth for Shakti Pumps. The announcement under Regulation 30 of SEBI’s (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) was formally communicated to the National Stock Exchange and the Bombay Stock Exchange on February 3, 2025.

Shakti Pumps expects this collaboration to further accelerate growth and maintain its dominant position in the renewable energy market, aligning with India’s goal of energy independence through solar power advancements.
