Shares of Servotech Power Systems climbed 3% in early trade after the company announced it has won a major grid-connected rooftop solar project totaling approximately 16 MW. The order was awarded by Madhya Pradesh Urja Vikas Nigam Ltd., under the Department of New and Renewable Energy.

The project involves end-to-end execution of rooftop solar systems—ranging from 1 KW to 500 KW—for government buildings across Madhya Pradesh. Servotech will handle the design, supply, installation, and commissioning of these on-grid solar setups.

This order strengthens Servotech’s position in large-scale solar implementation and supports India’s clean energy transition goals. A 5-year comprehensive warranty on all installations ensures continued clean energy generation and minimal downtime for public sector users.

The development marks a key milestone in Servotech’s renewable energy strategy, showcasing its capability to deliver high-impact, decentralized energy projects. The company noted that the project will contribute meaningfully to Madhya Pradesh’s decarbonization efforts and reinforce its commitment to a greener India.

Servotech Power shares opened at ₹149.95 on the NSE today. At the time of writing, the stock hit a high of ₹153.00 and a low of ₹149.90 during intraday trade. Its 52-week high stands at ₹205.40, while the 52-week low is ₹86.10.
