Sansera Engineering shares jump nearly 3% in early trade today after the company announced a steady set of numbers for the September quarter. As of 9:27 AM, the shares were trading 2.75% higher at Rs 1,596.60.

For Q2, the company’s consolidated revenue came in at ₹825 crore, an 8.1% increase from ₹763 crore a year ago. Operating performance remained firm as EBITDA rose 7.5% to ₹143 crore compared to ₹133 crore last year. The EBITDA margin stayed broadly stable at 17.3%, slightly lower than the previous 17.4%.

The standout figure was the bottom line. Net profit jumped 38.4% to ₹71.4 crore, up from ₹51.6 crore in the same quarter last year.
