Shares of Sanghvi Movers Limited moved over 2% higher after the company announced a fresh international contract secured through its wholly owned subsidiary, Sanghvi Movers Botswana Proprietary Limited. The order has been awarded by Jindal Energy Botswana (Pty) Limited, reinforcing the company’s presence in overseas infrastructure and energy projects.
According to the regulatory disclosure, the contract is valued at USD 4.3 million and relates to a 4×175 MW power project in Botswana. Under the agreement, Sanghvi Movers Botswana will supply cranes along with the required material and skilled manpower, in line with mutually agreed contractual terms. The scope highlights the company’s expertise in providing heavy lifting solutions for large-scale power and industrial developments.
The project execution is scheduled to commence from the fourth quarter of FY 2025–26 and is expected to be completed by the fourth quarter of FY 2027–28. This multi-year timeline provides revenue visibility for the overseas subsidiary and adds to Sanghvi Movers’ international order book.
The company clarified that the order has been awarded by an international entity and does not fall under related party transactions. It was also confirmed that neither the promoter nor the promoter group has any interest in the awarding entity, ensuring that the contract has been secured on an arm’s length basis.
