Sanghvi Movers Limited shares surged more than 4% in early trade after the company announced a major order win through its material subsidiary, Sangreen Future Renewables Private Limited. The subsidiary has secured significant work orders worth ₹292 crore from leading Independent Power Producers (IPPs) in India, marking another milestone in the company’s growing footprint in the renewable energy infrastructure sector.

The contracts, focused on Wind Balance of Plant (BOP) projects, highlight Sanghvi Movers’ expertise in executing large-scale wind energy assignments. The scope of work covers the construction of civil foundations for wind turbine generators (WTGs), development of internal roads, crane platforms, and logistics for transporting WTGs from storage yards to project sites. It also includes installation, mechanical completion, 33kV internal line works, and setting up of dedicated DP yards for each turbine.

According to the company, the project execution is scheduled to begin in the second quarter of FY 2025-26 and is targeted for completion by the first quarter of FY 2026-27. Notably, the contracts are entirely domestic, with no related party transactions or promoter involvement.
