Reliance Infrastructure Ltd reported a strong turnaround in its financial performance for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025 (FY25), posting a net profit of ₹4,937.52 crore, compared to a net loss of ₹1,608.66 crore in FY24.

The company’s revenue from operations for FY25 stood at ₹23,591.88 crore, registering a year-on-year growth of 6.9% from ₹22,066.86 crore in FY24.

In the quarter ended March 31, 2025 (Q4FY25), Reliance Infrastructure earned ₹4,108.01 crore in revenue, compared to ₹4,685.96 crore in the same quarter of the previous year. The Q4FY25 net profit came in at ₹4,387.08 crore, a sharp contrast to the net loss of ₹220.58 crore in Q4FY24.

The company’s December quarter (Q3FY25) had shown a loss of ₹3,298.35 crore, indicating a significant recovery in the March quarter.

Reliance Infrastructure operates across the infrastructure and power sectors and has been focusing on monetization and debt reduction efforts to stabilize its financial position.
